Our parcels are delivered via GLS/DPD/DHL courier.

Most parcels are dispatched within 24 hours from placing your order. In fact, if an order is placed before 1:00 P.M., it is usually dispatched the same day.

Online by bank card through EuPlatesc (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard).

In case of the payment option "Online by bank card" you will be redirected to the secure page of the payment processor where you will fill in a form with your card information.

 - Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard brand (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by the Visa/MasterCard card organizations, which ensures the same level of security for online transactions as for those made at an ATM or in a physical environment at the merchant.

 - "3-D Secure" ensures first of all that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the servers of the virtual shop.
