For more than four years we have been planning for the day when we could finally do the first roast.
Rather, we waited four years for this moment because we knew that quality, not quantity, was important to us.
- We only started roasting coffee with machines that were cutting-edge 
- We wanted a team that was motivated, that knew no exhaustion, that was open to new ideas and that could change a whole system... and that has now come together only by now.
